Be welcomed by open-space living, where you can cook dinner, prepare the table and keep an eye on the kids all at the same time.

The upstairs living area is complemented by not only one, but two spacious balconies. Take your pick and enjoy your morning cuppa while watching the sunrise or sip on an evening beverage while watching the kids run amok in the enclosed backyard.

That’s not all, Hamptons is known for its modern fittings and furnishings including Smart TVs in the living area with Netflix, perfect for family movie night.  Or, if you’re needing a break from screen time, entertain yourselves with the home’s wide assortment of board games, outdoor cricket or bocce balls.

When it comes to the outside of the home, Hamptons features a large, expansive driveway which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles and a boat. The secured backyard is ideal for a game of cricket and for those cooler evenings, you can relax around the outdoor firepit and enjoy toasted marshmallows (when fires permitted)*
